Payment Fail

Payments made on this store can sometimes fail or remain in a pending stage. If you are facing this issue, you have the option to revise your payment.

Here are some probable reasons:

  • You may have entered incorrect credit or debit card details (e.g., name on the card, card number, CVV, 3D-secure PIN, and expiry date).
  • In case of an American Express card, your payment may fail if your billing address or PIN code is incorrect.
  • You may have closed or refreshed the page or went back to the previous page, while your payment was still being processed.
  • In some cases, your payment could fail if connection with your bank was not possible due to technical issues or your bank may be going through an outage.
  • Your card may be blocked for online transactions.To revise your failed payment for an order, go to Your Orders and follow the on-screen instructions

Different Address

Replacement cannot be delivered to a different address. We recommend to return the item for a refund (if the product is eligible for return) and place a new order with the new address.

Exchange

Yes, we offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout. This email will include your order number and a summary of your purchase. Please check your inbox/spam/junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.

Payment Method

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, digital wallets like Paytm and Google Pay, and cash on delivery (COD) for select locations.

When subscribing, our Payment Service Provider will display the payment options available to you depending on your location and/or membership history. Some or all of these payment types will be available to you: Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, Google pay, PayTM etc. 

For credit card payments:

  • Please make sure your card is enabled for E-Commerce transactions and ‘international transactions’. Also, ensure your card has not expired.

For PayPal:

  • Please make sure your PayPal account is verified. PayPal has different ways to verify your account, depending on the country you are registered in.

  • Follow the steps to complete the process.
  • If your payment method is declined our payment service providers will retry the charge.

Track Order

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email or text you a tracking link. You can also log into your account and check the “My Orders” section for updates.

Return and Refund

General return policy allows for returns within a certain timeframe (usually 5 –15 days) of receipt, even after opening the package, provided the item is in resalable condition and meets other criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items: If the item is damaged during shipping or is defective, providing a video of the unboxing can be strong evidence to support your claim. 

Incorrect Items: If you received the wrong item, a video showing the unboxing and the incorrect item can help expedite the return process. 

Requests: Request an unboxing video as part of their return policy, especially for high-value items or those prone to damage. 

 

Why Need it:

Unboxing videos help us verify claims of damage or incorrect items, reducing the likelihood of fraudulent returns and making the return process more efficient. 

Document Everything: If you’re concerned about potential issues, it’s a good practice to record the unboxing process. Clearly show the packaging, the item inside, and any damage or issues. 

Communicate with us: If you’re unsure about the return process or if a video is needed, it’s always best to contact the us directly to clarify. 

Modify or Cancel Order

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, we begin processing and it may not be possible to make changes.
